I've been through the process of buying, building and selling my own homes, and so I understand the significance of the moment. Through these personal experiences, and through the last decade of buying, building and selling with clients, I've learned the importance of balancing the heart and the head. In order to find people their ideal home with the best possible investment potential, it's necessary to balance the emotions of the market with logic and good data.
